Ashten James
Founder and CEO
Ashten builds from the foundation.
Her work spans custom design and construction, strategic insurance advocacy, identity positioning, and professional development.
She is known for bringing structure to chaos, diagnosing what matters, and executing with precision. Her approach begins with clarity and ends with measurable impact.
Ashten developed the Client Insight System to help founders and operators articulate who they are and how they lead. She applies the same principles to construction, business, and stage performance.
She speaks on leadership, identity, design intelligence, insurance navigation, and building structural integrity into every decision.

Randy
Chief Operating Officer
Randy was raised in structure.
At eighteen, his father designed and built their family home as his own general contractor and project manager. Randy worked alongside him and his brother, framing, roofing, electrical, insulation, flooring, painting, and finish work. Specialty trades such as plumbing, HVAC, and foundation work were subcontracted where required.
Construction was not a side project. It was how life operated.
That discipline formed the operational backbone of Integrity Services. Randy brings execution, oversight, and field authority to every build.
Alan-Michael
Chief Engineering Officer
Alan-Michael was raised in construction environments and hands-on problem solving. From a young age, he was building long-lasting treehouses, working with tools, and learning structural thinking.
He now leads engineering and CADD development, bringing precision design and technical oversight into every project.

Jason leads systems, infrastructure, and strategic implementation. He ensures communication, technology, and internal processes operate with clarity and discipline.
